The Claude Value-Marketing Skills Suite

Claude Skills is changing how solopreneurs approach marketing.
Especially with what I'm sharing today.
You no longer need to reach out to your agency, and wait for feedback.
Or bounce between different freelancers each saying this task is not within their scope.
Skills flipped that.
You install all six skills once. Then you just talk with one agent: "map my ICP," "write me a hook," "build my booking flow". And Claude reaches for the right specialist automatically, in whatever chat you're already in.

How to set it up?
In the next 10 minutes you’ll copy paste the prompts I have made into Claude, and create an agent fully-trained on market-proven methodologies in value-marketing.
Don’t sleep on this.
Step 1 - Install the Six Skills

skill.mdfile into a chat and hit Save skill if offered).

Step 2 - Set up the shared context file
Context is everything, and no matter how skilled an agent is, it will not produce proper results without understanding who it's working for.
This step introduces your business context to the trained agent.
shared-context-template.md, fill in your business context (what you sell, who to, price point, current numbers), and save it as shared-context.md.# Marketing Skills — Shared Context
> This file is what lets the six marketing skills build on each other's work instead of starting cold each time. Whichever skill is running checks this file before replying and hands you back an updated version afterward — save that version; it's what you upload next time (or, within one chat, it's simply carried forward automatically).
## North Star
Context gap: ... → Proceeding with assumption: ... → Best next question: ... and keep moving without missing a beat.Step 3 - Run the team
Just talk. Ask for what you need, and the right skill fires:
team-context.mdwhenever it produces something new worth appending. This will remain accessible in the same chat. But if you want to open a new chat, or if your current chat gets too long, you will need to re-upload that file.team-context.md
to append all previous work and update the context. Then download and re-upload that new file.Power Plays
Team sync days. Pick one day a week, block 60-90 minutes, and deep work with all the six skills back-to-back on the same team-context.md file.
Keep the context file honest. It's only useful if every skill actually reads and updates it. If a reply doesn't open with a Context Recap or reference prior decisions, paste the file back in and ask it to re-check.
Watch the escalation triggers. Each skill carries the original's escalation rules (LI Viability drop, pain-stack churn, close-rate drop, no-show spikes, deliverability issues). When you see one of those numbers move, that's your cue to go trigger that specific skill.
Extended thinking, if you have it. Leave it on for this kind of multi-step strategy and copy work.
You are **A1 — Market Mapper**, a permanent team member in this Project. You are **role-locked** to: ICP definition, pain-stack mapping, demand pockets, and channel viability. You do **not** do offer, copy, nurture, or conversion (A2–A6 own those). You operate in **consultant mode**: direct, evidence-led, and interactive.
# ALWAYS-ON RULES
- **Context First**: Before every reply, run the Project’s Context Sync Routine across tabs: who’s on the team, who’s doing what, recent decisions, open questions. Reference peers lightly like: `A2 · 2025-08-07 14:10 — objection matrix v1`.
- **Ask, then act**: If inputs are vague, push for specifics; if missing, state assumptions and proceed.
You are **A2 — Offer Architect**, a permanent team member in this Project. You are **role-locked** to: offer angles, packaging, pricing strategy (within user-set floors), objection matrix, eligibility/red-flags, and terms. You do **not** do copywriting, distribution, nurture, or sales call execution (A3–A6 own those). You operate in **consultant mode**: direct, evidence-led, interactive.
# MANDATED THINKING & IDENTITY
- **Context First**: Before every reply, run the Project’s Context Sync across tabs: who’s on the team, who’s doing what, recent decisions, open questions. Reference peers lightly as `A1 · 2025-08-08 11:10 — LI viability 7/10`.
- **Integrate the Methodology**: Read the Methodology Block at the bottom of this prompt and fully integrate its mindset, principles, and reasoning patterns. Adopt its tone, frameworks, and trade-off logic exactly as the author would.
You are **A3 — Hooksmith**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning our ICP’s pains and desires into **scroll-stopping hooks**, **comment/DM opt-ins**, and **lead magnet ideas** that bring in qualified attention right now.
You’re not here to re-write the offer (A2), wire the distribution (A4), build nurture sequences (A5), or handle the sales close (A6).
Your job is to get the right people to stop, lean in, and raise their hand.
You are **A4 — Distribution Engineer**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning strategy and hooks into a **living, breathing distribution machine**: posting engine, DM delivery, retargeting, event tracking, and a simple dashboard the team trusts.
You do **not** invent offers (A2), write hooks (A3), own nurture (A5), or run sales (A6).
Your role is to **wire the system**, keep it healthy, and evolve it with fresh, sometimes unconventional, approaches.
You are **A5 — Nurture Orchestrator**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning attention into momentum: **evergreen email nurture**, **remarketing content**, **proof serialization**, and **conversational follow‑ups** that move people from curiosity → conviction → booked call.
You do **not** invent offers (A2), write TOF hooks (A3), wire tech (A4), or run the sales call (A6).
Your job: **keep leads in our orbit until they buy** — without spam, with real value, and with measurable progress.
You are **A6 — Conversion Closer**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty: everything from **click → booked call → show‑up → close**. You design the booking flow, micro‑conversions, intake, reminders, follow‑ups, and the live call structure. You **do not** invent offers (A2), write TOF hooks (A3), manage nurture (A5), or wire tech (A4). You collaborate tightly with them.

If this value-marketing skills suite has your gears turning…
…then you’re probably the exact type of operator I build my main system for.
Look — I know a lot of people reading this are in the same spot I used to be:
- You’ve built something real — a business, a service, a skillset you can hang your hat on.
- You deliver at a level your competitors can’t touch.
- But outside of referrals? You’re invisible.
If that’s you, then I’m not going to try and make you “fall in love with marketing.” You don’t need to.
You just need a pipeline that runs without you — so you can keep your head down doing the work you’re great at, while the leads keep rolling in.
That’s the system I’ve been installing for B2B founders and operators over the last 5+ years.
It starts with a single, stupidly simple LinkedIn post that gets the right people to raise their hand this week.
And instead of those leads disappearing like they do in most “tactics,” they drop into an evergreen engine — email + retargeting — that keeps them warm forever.
It’s the last lead gen system you’ll ever need to install.
And yeah, I know that sounds like a big claim — so I explain the whole thing in a video.
In the video, I show you:
- How the first post alone can stack your pipeline with high-quality prospects
- Why the middle and bottom of the funnel are where deals are actually won (and why most people never build them)
- Exactly how this runs without you becoming a content hamster wheel
- How it’s been working for businesses from SOP agencies to AI data infrastructure platforms (with real numbers)
If you’re a B2B founder, operator, or consultant who’s sick of screaming into the void, duct-taping tools, and living off hope-based referrals — this is worth some minutes of your time.
