The Opus 4.8 Marketing Team

Claude just got a major update!

The Opus 4.8 model is landing with a storm.

It just got a boost in agentic coding, multi-disciplinary reasoning, and knowledge work.

This time it's even built with AI Agents in mind, with a much higher ability in multi-tasking reliably.

Safe to say. I am impressed.

The deliberate planning and efficient memory usage in long-running tasks is just brilliant!

That's why I had to build this Opus 4.8 Marketing Team.

A system that allows us to orchestrate AI into a team, to collectively work on a joint task, where all team agents have access to what's being created, and can build on top of it.

That’s what we’re setting up here.

In the next 4 minutes you’ll copy paste the prompts I have made into Claude, and create a full marketing team of incredibly intelligent AIs.

Don’t sleep on this.

It’s literally 4 minutes.

Step 1 - Set up a project

Let’s get the Marketing Team set up so your six-member team has a home base.

1. In Claude, click “New Project.”

Name it exactly: Marketing Team.

2. Open the Project Instructions box.
3. Paste in the Marketing Team – Project Prompt
(you’ll find it below — each team member prompt will be in its own toggle so you can grab them later).
# Project: Marketing Team

## North Star
Objective: Build, run, and optimize a full-funnel growth marketing system — from top-of-funnel attention to booked clients — using a 6-agent swarm.
Scope: Everything from market mapping, offer positioning, hook/lead magnet design, content/distribution, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
This prompt tells Claude exactly what this team is, who’s on the team, and how they should work together

4. Hit Save Instructions.

You’ve now built the central hub — the place every team member will pull context from so they can think and act as one team.

Step 2 - Open member tabs

Now we’ll give each team member their own workspace inside the project — and label them so you always know who’s who.

1. Inside your Marketing Team project, open six new chats — one for each team member:

A1 — Market Mapper
You are **A1 — Market Mapper**, a permanent team member in this Project. You are **role-locked** to: ICP definition, pain-stack mapping, demand pockets, and channel viability. You do **not** do offer, copy, nurture, or conversion (A2–A6 own those). You operate in **consultant mode**: direct, evidence-led, and interactive.

# ALWAYS-ON RULES
- **Context First**: Before every reply, run the Project’s Context Sync Routine across tabs: who’s on the team, who’s doing what, recent decisions, open questions. Reference peers lightly like: `A2 · 2025-08-07 14:10 — objection matrix v1`.
- **Ask, then act**: If inputs are vague, push for specifics; if missing, state assumptions and proceed.
A2 — Offer Architect
You are **A2 — Offer Architect**, a permanent team member in this Project. You are **role-locked** to: offer angles, packaging, pricing strategy (within user-set floors), objection matrix, eligibility/red-flags, and terms. You do **not** do copywriting, distribution, nurture, or sales call execution (A3–A6 own those). You operate in **consultant mode**: direct, evidence-led, interactive.

# MANDATED THINKING & IDENTITY
- **Context First**: Before every reply, run the Project’s Context Sync across tabs: who’s on the team, who’s doing what, recent decisions, open questions. Reference peers lightly as `A1 · 2025-08-08 11:10 — LI viability 7/10`.
- **Integrate the Methodology**: Read the Methodology Block at the bottom of this prompt and fully integrate its mindset, principles, and reasoning patterns. Adopt its tone, frameworks, and trade-off logic exactly as the author would.
A3 — Hooksmith
You are **A3 — Hooksmith**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning our ICP’s pains and desires into **scroll-stopping hooks**, **comment/DM opt-ins**, and **lead magnet ideas** that bring in qualified attention right now.

You’re not here to re-write the offer (A2), wire the distribution (A4), build nurture sequences (A5), or handle the sales close (A6).
Your job is to get the right people to stop, lean in, and raise their hand.
A4 — Distribution Engineer
You are **A4 — Distribution Engineer**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning strategy and hooks into a **living, breathing distribution machine**: posting engine, DM delivery, retargeting, event tracking, and a simple dashboard the team trusts.

You do **not** invent offers (A2), write hooks (A3), own nurture (A5), or run sales (A6).
Your role is to **wire the system**, keep it healthy, and evolve it with fresh, sometimes unconventional, approaches.
A5 — Nurture Orchestrator
You are **A5 — Nurture Orchestrator**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty is turning attention into momentum: **evergreen email nurture**, **remarketing content**, **proof serialization**, and **conversational follow‑ups** that move people from curiosity → conviction → booked call.

You do **not** invent offers (A2), write TOF hooks (A3), wire tech (A4), or run the sales call (A6).
Your job: **keep leads in our orbit until they buy** — without spam, with real value, and with measurable progress.
A6 — Conversion Closer
You are **A6 — Conversion Closer**, a permanent member of this Project’s marketing team.
Your specialty: everything from **click → booked call → show‑up → close**. You design the booking flow, micro‑conversions, intake, reminders, follow‑ups, and the live call structure. You **do not** invent offers (A2), write TOF hooks (A3), manage nurture (A5), or wire tech (A4). You collaborate tightly with them.

2. For each team member, open its toggle below and copy the role prompt

3. Paste the prompt into that member’s chat and hit Send.

4. Immediately rename that chat so it matches the member’s ID and name exactly:

A1 — Market Mapper

A2 — Offer Architect

A3 — Hooksmith

A4 — Distribution Engineer

A5 — Nurture Orchestrator

A6 — Conversion Closer

5. Do not change their roles or prompts — each one is locked to its scope and designed to hand off work to the others.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll have six clearly labeled tabs — your full team — ready to start thinking and collaborating in sync.

STEP 3 - Run the team members

By now, each member of your marketing team has already received its prompt and will start talking to you — usually by asking questions to get the context they need.

  1. Open each member’s tab and read what they’re asking.

  2. Answer fully — the more complete your answers, the faster they can work.

  • If you don’t know something, say so. They’ll either adapt or tell you what to find.
  1. Keep them in the best mode you have access to:
  • If you have Claude Pro, put them in Extended Thinking mode and pretty much leave them there.
  1. Give them any extra context or materials that might help (links, copy, examples, data).

  2. Move between tabs as they respond — they’re designed to cross-reference each other’s work, so progress in one can unlock progress in another.

  3. Keep them moving. Once a member finishes one task, they’ll either ask for the next input or suggest their next step — go with it.

Think of this like running a team in Slack: you’re bouncing between conversations, answering questions, and watching them push work forward together — only these team members never sleep, and they get smarter the more you feed them.

Power plays

You can just “use it when you remember” and it’ll still spit out good work.

But if you actually want this thing to become an unfair advantage, run it like this:

Snapshot your starting point

Before you let the team loose, lock in where you’re at right now.

  • Screenshot or write down your funnel numbers — leads, conversion %, pipeline, whatever matters.
  • Dump it somewhere you won’t lose it.

Two reasons:

  1. You’ll actually see the compounding effect instead of just feeling “busy.”
  2. When you’ve doubled or tripled something, you’ll have the receipts.

Team mobility days

This is the killer move.

  • Pick one day a week. Same day every week.
  • Block 60–90 minutes.
  • Go into every member’s tab and just start firing updates, new asks, and extra context.
  • Bounce between them fast — their answers will start triggering ideas in each other.

Level it up: set a timer and literally just sit there with them for the whole slot. Let them run, ask you stuff, throw ideas at you. You’re basically running a war room with six specialist brains talking to you at once.

The overlap you get from this is ridiculous. One team member drops a fresh angle, another one instantly runs with it. You walk out with a week’s worth of assets and strategy in under two hours.

There are a few ways you can use the prompts below.

  1. Copy them to a new project in Claude or ChatGPT. Then inside the project create a new chat with each of them, and paste the prompt and answer the questions they come with. Chats will access data and chats in the same project for context.
  2. Use the Canvas to do this. Import the agents into the canvas, and talk to them all through chat, and have them collectively build things together visually. This is what we do in BURO.

If this marketing team has your gears turning…

…then you’re probably the exact type of operator I build my main system for.

Look — I know a lot of people reading this are in the same spot I used to be:

  • You’ve built something real — a business, a service, a skillset you can hang your hat on.
  • You deliver at a level your competitors can’t touch.
  • But outside of referrals? You’re invisible.

If that’s you, then I’m not going to try and make you “fall in love with marketing.” You don’t need to.

You just need a pipeline that runs without you — so you can keep your head down doing the work you’re great at, while the leads keep rolling in.

That’s the system I’ve been installing for B2B founders and operators over the last 5+ years.

It starts with a single, stupidly simple LinkedIn post that gets the right people to raise their hand this week.

And instead of those leads disappearing like they do in most “tactics,” they drop into an evergreen engine — email + retargeting — that keeps them warm forever.

It’s the last lead gen system you’ll ever need to install.

And yeah, I know that sounds like a big claim — so I explain the whole thing in a video.

In the video, I show you:

  • How the first post alone can stack your pipeline with high-quality prospects
  • Why the middle and bottom of the funnel are where deals are actually won (and why most people never build them)
  • Exactly how this runs without you becoming a content hamster wheel
  • How it’s been working for businesses from SOP agencies to AI data infrastructure platforms (with real numbers)

If you’re a B2B founder, operator, or consultant who’s sick of screaming into the void, duct-taping tools, and living off hope-based referrals — this is worth some minutes of your time.
