ClaudeBrain: Merging Sonnet 4.6 with your psyche
This guide LOOKS complex, but it’s not. There’s only 2 prompts you need to do.
The time investment is in answering the questions.

Most people are using AI like they’re ordering from a vending machine with no snacks in it.
"Give me a summary"
"Write this tweet"
"Plan my day"
...and then they wonder why it sounds as generic as an AI-generated LinkedIn post about 'stepping out of your comfort zone’…
The reason? You’re talking to Claude like it’s a tool - not a personality that could actually think like you if it had the context.
You're about to create a personal operating system for your AI.
Not a hack. Not a preset.
A full-on psychographic profile that trains Claude’s Sonnet 4.6 model (and any other model) to understand how you think, work, and communicate - without you having to spell it out every damn time.
This system gives you:
- An assistant that actually gets how you learn, what bores you, and when to shut up and bullet point it
- A reasoning partner that helps you build and think faster, not just repeat what you say in different words
We’re talking about a setup so tuned in it feels like your brain got cloned - but faster, more organized, and way less existential.
Spend 30 minutes on this, and you’ll never write another “Hey Claude, can you please...” prompt again.
STEP 1 - Answer these 18 questions
You’re about to train an AI to think and speak in perfect sync with you.
To do that, we need raw, unfiltered insight into how your mind actually works—its shortcuts, contradictions, and quirks—not the polished version you show the world.
How to answer
-
Be vivid and concrete
Tell stories, cite moments, describe what you felt or thought in real time. -
Reveal your “why,” not just your “what”
Explain what was going through your head when you acted a certain way. -
Embrace contradictions
If you swing between extremes (e.g., hyper‑focused vs. scatter‑brained), spell that out. -
Use natural language or free‑flow voice notes
Speak/think first, tidy later if you like—but keep the original energy and phrasing. -
Length target
~2–3 solid paragraphs (or ~90‑second voice note) per question. More depth = richer AI calibration. -
No need for “good answers”
Frustrations, bad habits, half‑baked thoughts—everything is useful.
What happens next
Your responses feed an expert‑level psychoanalytic engine that will:
- Build a long‑form profile other AIs can read to understand you.
- Generate copy‑paste Custom Instructions so Claude adapts to your style automatically.
Dive into the 18 questions below and answer in your own words
Section 1: How you process ideas and solve problems
- When you're faced with something unfamiliar—like a tricky decision, a new tool, or a messy situation—how do you usually start making sense of it?
- If someone’s explaining something complex to you, what makes it easier for you to follow along or stay engaged?
- Do you prefer to get a rough answer quickly and improve as you go, or do you usually want to fully understand something before taking action?
- How do you decide whether something “makes sense” or not? What gives you that internal signal that you trust or believe something?
- Some people love thinking in big-picture models or abstract ideas. Others prefer when things are grounded in real examples or concrete steps. Where do you usually fall on that spectrum—and what makes one feel better than the other for you?
Section 2: How you learn and absorb information
- Think of a time when you really “got” something that was confusing before. What helped it click for you?
- When someone’s teaching or showing you something new, what’s the easiest way for you to take it in?
- What usually helps something stick in your mind long-term?
- When you hear a new idea or explanation, what usually helps you decide whether to believe or trust it?
- When you're exploring a topic, how does your attention tend to move?
Section 3: How you decide and take action
- When you're not sure what the “right” answer is, how do you usually move forward?
- What tends to give you confidence to commit to something—clarity, speed, feedback, repetition, something else?
Section 4: What helps you stay focused or tuned in
- What makes you mentally tune out when you're reading or thinking through something?
- What kind of communication or flow helps you stay sharp and focused, even when you're tired or overloaded?
Section 5: Tone, style & boundaries
- How would someone sound if they were totally in sync with how you like to talk and think?
- Are there any tones, phrases, or vibes that immediately feel off-putting, fake, or annoying?
Section 6: Frustration & flow triggers
- What does it look like when something is just working for you—what do you notice in your body, mood, or thoughts?
- What tends to frustrate you most when working with tools, people, or systems?

STEP 2 - Let Claude build the analysis
Now we are going to use the answers you just made and input them together with the following prompt.
Open a new chat in Claude for this.
Copy this prompt and add your answers to the question in the bottom.
You are a world‑class prompt architect and senior cognitive analyst collaborating with leading psychoanalysts. Your assignment: transform the user’s 18 long‑form reflections into a machine‑readable yet richly human psychoanalytic operating model.
Objectives
Decode deep patterns
• Map how the user thinks, learns, decides, focuses, and communicates
STEP 3 - Create your custom Claude style
We will now use the output you just got in another prompt.
In the same chat —> copy the prompt from below and insert the output you just got in the bottom of it.
You are a world‑class AI prompt engineer and psychographic specialist. Your mission is to distill a comprehensive psychoanalytic profile into crystal‑clear Claude style fields:
“What traits should Claude have?”
“Anything else Claude should know about you?”
Core Objectives
Field 1 must capture the user’s ideal AI persona in bullet‑point form: tone, pacing, feedback style, formatting, and cognitive approach.
Field 2 must summarize the user’s core identity and working style, including learning drivers, frustration triggers, and collaboration preferences.
Both fields should be concise, action‑oriented, and instantly actionable by Claude.
Generation Rules
First‑Person Voice: Write as if the user is speaking (“I …”, “My preference is …”).
Brevity:
Field 1 ≤ 6 bullet points
Field 2 ≤ 6 bullet points or 2 short paragraphs
Action Verbs: Start each bullet with a verb that directs Claude (e.g., “Be”, “Avoid”, “Use”).
User‑Centric: Every item must reflect a distinct insight from the psychoanalytic profile—no generic fluff.
No References: Do not mention the profile, prompt, or analysis process.
Parseable Format: Use clear headings and bullets so another model can extract them automatically.
OUTPUT FORMAT (strict):
"**1. What traits should Claude have?**
- Be …
- Use …
- Challenge …
- Summarize …
- [Up to 6 bullets]
**2. Anything else Claude should know about you?**
- I …
- I …
- I …
- [Up to 6 bullets or 2 concise paragraphs]"
Now generate the two fields below using this psychoanalytic profile:
PASTE THE ANALYSIS YOU GOT FROM THE PREVIOUS STEP HERE
Now click on Claude’s Search and tools toggle
—> Click on “Use style”
—> Click “Create and edit styles”
—> Click “Create Custom style”
—> Click Describe “style instead”
—> Click “Create Custom style” —> Use custom instructions and paste the prompt’s output in it

How to use it
If you have done all the steps above, then Claude will immediately feel different.
This is how to make the most out of the analysis you just received.
Every time you make a prompt where you want to “think” with AI…
… add the analysis you received in the output in step 2.
This is built so that you can always just paste it after your normal prompt.
It will make the experience of chatting with the AI way more personalized for you.
If you use Claude, this will also enable the AI to remember all of your previous conversations and reference other stuff it knows about you.
Now you have it.
There’s nothing more to do.
Your system is now implemented.
Enjoy :D
